- FLENUMMETOCCEN requires Black Box brand KVM equipment in order to ensure compatibility within our single architecture framework. Several years ago the FLENUMMETOCCEN Network department determined that that Black Box KVM equipment best met the need, best integrated with existing equipment, and represented the best value to the Government among commercially available KVM's. The consequence of this decision is that we must continue to purchase Black Box KVM equipment as we expand our single architecture framework.
