- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): The Ross Group Construction Corp., W912BV-09-D-2024, TO 0007, Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) As part of Operations and Maintenance, Army, Recovery Act, this modification has been issued to The Ross Group Construction Corp., to perform the following work: (1) Remove and replace existing electrical feeder lines that provide power to the second floor at panels L21A, L22A and L23A. Install type THHN wire, including 3 phase conductors, 1 neutral conductor and 1 NEC code-sized grounding conductor within each existing feeder conduit. Provide Design for electrical feeder replacement. (2) Delete installation of 2nd floor restroom exhaust thru newly installed roof. Install Restroom exhaust through the West wall of Bldg. Provide necessary Design for installation. Roof Exhaust Fan to be delivered to DPW as directed by COE Representative. (3) Item three has been deleted from scope of work. (4) Delete all elements of elevator cab replacement as shown in contract documents Option 4. With the exception of work necessary to complete the fire sprinkler and fire alarm scopes of work. (5) Delete all floor boxes from design documents. Circuitry for electrical power and communications to remain and be relocated for outlet installation in walls. Provide necessary design for layaout of outlets in compliance with furniture lay out. (6) Provide and install finished GWB in east stair well. Finishes to match wall installation shown in IFC Design documents for west stair well walls.
