- Contractor shall provide storage of furniture of approximately 10,000 sq. ft. from existing inventory for the Orlando VA Medical Center located at 5201 Raymond Street, Orlando, FL 32083 at a firm fixed price per square foot that will be invoiced monthly based on amount of storage area used, transportation of product from Orlando VA to offsite storage facility, inventory of product and management of inventory by means of an electronic system that can be accessed by VA staff. Contractor shall provide design services for reconfiguring/modifying inventoried furniture through use of AutoCAD software, delivery and installation services for Orlando VA Medical Center as requested by task. Period of performance will be from July 1, 2011 thru June 30, 2012 with one 12-month option period.
