- Scan documents and convert them to a searchable digital Portable Document Format (PDF) and/or Tagged Image File Format (TIFF). Processes and procedures shall produce digital images equal to or better than the original. Documents will be delivered to the Contractor's site ranging in quantity from 1 box to 160 boxes at a time. Under this agreement the contractor can expect 1,225,000 pages of documents in the first year. Subsequent years may involve approximately 650,000 pages. This will be a Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement not to exceed 5 Years.
