- Market Research Survey Market research and investigation is being conducted by DLA Troop Support, Clothing and Textiles Directorate to seek domestic sources for a variety of needles, sewing kits and various miscellaneous related items under various CIDs, Product Descriptions and Mil Specs. DLA Troop Support's FY09 and FY10 ordering data are attached. DLA Troop Support is researching the feasibility of placing all the items listed in the attachments under one contract. Also attached is a market survey that will provide DLA Troop Support with vital information regarding the industries capabilities.
