- Description
- The Mission Contracting Office (MCO) - Fort Bragg, North Carolina intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the United States (US) Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) - Manpower Assessment and Review Team (MART) Support Services across FORSCOM installations. This action will be set-aside for Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). This action will be conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 13.5 - Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The anticipated contract type is a Labor Hour (LH) type contract for a base period (12 consecutive months from contract award date) with two, 1-year options for a total of 20700 hours. The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel to furnish technical and analytical support services to review, asses, validate, and recommend changes to the Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) requirements. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541611, "Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services" with a small business size standard of $7M. The Government anticipates issuing the RFQ W91247-11-T-0067 on or around June 30, 2011. The RFQ and amendments, if applicable will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. It is a requirement that all Contractors doing business with the Department of Defense be registered with Central Contractors Registry (CCR) per FAR Clause 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration. The website may be accessed on the Internet at htttp://www.ccr.gov. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored.
