- Various plant studies are required by the Pacific Islands FWS office offer due date is 6/27/2010 at 4:30 p.m. PST. Hand delivered offers will not be accepted. Award will be by line item and will be best value basedon capability and past performance, price is considered less important than capability and past performance combined. Contractors must be registered in ORCA and CCR. Please see posted solicitation package with 4 differenct Statements of Objectives, one for each project. Contractor should provide hourly price rate for each discipline that will be needed to conduct these studies. This is set aside for small business concerns.
