- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Award will be made based on the lowest price. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-51. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333512. The SB size standard for this code is 500. All Items are Brand Name or Equal. Submit descriptive literature and specifications for other than the brand name. CLIN 0001. 4'x4' shop machine with machine interface for plasma. Torchmate 2 p.n. 02-0002-001-P or equal, as per the attached Purchase Description. To include Torchmate CAD Module with the following features and abilities. QTY: 1 each To include: -import shapes or draw shapes in Torchmate CAD -scan and convert drawn shapes for cutting -duplicate shapes in any number and pattern -automatic nesting, to include rotation and flipping -automatic insertion of lead-ins and lead-outs -automatic kerf compensation -automatic control of torch travel direction -control of cut order/sequence -export finished shape patterns as dxf files -Torchmate machine interface for plasma -motor cables -slat support brackets -upgraded rear rack -precision ground rails CLIN 0002. Hypertherm Powermax 65 with M65 machine torch and 25 foot lead 200-600V. Part number 083277 or equal, as per the attached Purchase Description. QTY: 1 each To include: -25 foot cable -control box -lifter station with motor -input cable CLIN 0003. Arc volt height control unit with 25 foot cable set. Hypertherm Powermax part number 03-0001-001A or equal, as per the attached Purchase Description. QTY: 1 each CLIN 0004. Cable carrier system for 4'x4' or 4'x8' Torchmate machine. Torchmate part number 75-0016-002 or equal, as per the attached Purchase Description. QTY: 1 set All items shall be delivered FOB Destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150.
