Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, Yuma, Arizona has a Commercial Item requirement for various irrigation, plumbing and hardware supplies. The Government intends to issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to three vendors: Yuma Nursery Supply, LLC; 4405 South Avenue A, Yuma, AZ 85365; Southwest Lumber, Inc., 1917 South Avenue B, Yuma, AZ 85364; and Westco Pipe and Supply, Inc., 3155 South Avenue B, Yuma, AZ 85364-7707. The BPAs will have a performance period of up to 5 years and the anticipated value of each BPA is $150,000.00 for the 5 years. For this acquisition, North American Industrial Classification System code is 444130 and the Small Business Size Standard is $7.0 Million in average annual receipts. This acquisition is a Small Business Set-Aside. It is anticipated that the BPA will be issued on or about June 21, 2011. Interested vendors who are able to provide the supplies, must submit a price list with delivery lead times, if not available for local pickup/delivery. This information will be reviewed by the Government Technical Representative for consideration. Additional BPAs may result from this notice if the interested vendor is found to be able to provide the supplies required by the Government. Effective October 1, 1997, contractors are required to register their firms in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to receiving a contract award. This database provides basic business information, capabilities, and financial information to the Government and complies with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, which requires federal agencies to have the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) of every contractor and to pay every contractor through electronic funds transfer. Registration can be accomplished through the World Wide Web at http//www.ccr.gov. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. The CCR Handbook and information on the registration process can be obtained via the CCR website, http://www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. Offerors will be required to complete the annual representation and certification electronically via the Online Representation and Certification Application (ORCA) website at http://orca.bnp.gov.
