- Nomenclature: NSN 2030-01-210-2350, Drum Assembly. Delivery: 23 each within 160 days after the date of the contract. Quantity: 23 each with an option to procure an additional 23 each at a date to be determined after the issuance of the contract up to 14 days before the final delivery date. FOB: Destination Inspection and Acceptance: Origin The items supplied shall be in accordance with U.S. Navy Drawing 4684666 Revision E. This is a source control item. Alternate offers require approval by the design control activity. The government intends to solicit only the approved manufacturing sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). alternate offerors must submit their data package directly to the design control activity for approval. Based on market research this item is not known to be a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. The response date referenced above is an estimate. The solicitation will be available approximately 15 days after this notice is posted on this website and in The Commerce Business Daily. The DLA Land and Maritime website URL is https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The solicitation will not be available until 29 June 2011. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers the final award will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other factors described in the solicitation. Written offers are required and shall be returned on the bid package to the bid room at DLA Land and Maritime, P.O. Box 3990, Columbus, OH 43218-3990, faxed to (614) 692-4275 or emailed to the bid room at DSCC.BidandAbstractRoom@dla.mil. Please do not submit bids directly to the Buyer.
