Description
Delineated Area Description/Map General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Massachusetts City: Brockton Delineated Area: In addition to the description below, please see attached map West: Route 138 North: From Route 138 head East on Central Street (which turns into Harrison Boulevard) to Route 28 North to East Spring Street (which turns into Spring Street) to South Street (which turns into Linwood Street and then Boundary Street) to Boundary Avenue (which then becomes Chestnut Street) to Randolph Street (Route 139) (which turns into North Avenue {Route 139}) which intersects Plymouth Street (Route 58). East: From North Avenue (Route 139) take Plymouth Street South (Route 58) to Raynor Avenue South to South Avenue East to Franklin Street South (Route 27) to Central Street. South: Central Street to Bedford Street North to West Center Street (Route 106) which intersects with Route 138. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,399 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,645 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 5 Parking Spaces (Surface): 5 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: All space must be contiguous in one suite, on one floor (2 nd floor or higher). Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced.
