Description: Hill Air Force Base intends to award a contract for full spectrum pavement inspections & testing to assure quality and compliance. The contractor must be able to provide proof that they are listed as a Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) qualified lab with the ability to perform testing on: concrete, asphalt, aggregate, and soil. This can be referenced at www.udot.utah.gov/go/materials. A formal solicitation will follow no sooner than 15 days.
