- Description
- The projects are for small construction renovations (new work, additions, alterations, maintenance and repairs) which may involve various trades (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, etc.) at Sierra Army Depot. We are looking for SDVOSB general contractors with a minimum of five years experience primarily in HVAC as well as a working knowledge on all other trades. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220- Commercial and Institutional Building Construction; and the small business standard is $33.5M. The aggregate not-to-exceed amount is $5M or five years (whichever comes first). There are no option periods. Contractors must be able to show their ability to provide the required man power and management to handle several projects at once. Our goal is to award a total of three Single Award Task Order Contracts (SATOC) to separate contractors (SDVOSB/11-R-0012, 8a/11-R-0013, HUBZONE/11-R-0014).
