- Description
- The Fleet Industrial Supply Center (FISC), Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Division intends to acquire laboratory courier services in support of the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD and its surrounding locations. The services will include picking up and dropping off medical specimens such as blood, bodily fluids, etc. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate competitively. This is a competitive, unrestricted action. The placement of a firm fixed price contract with a 12 month base period, plus two one-year options is anticipated. The solicitation is anticipated to be posted to Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) https://www.neco.navy.mil under solicitation N00189-11-T-Z120. The applicable NAICS code is 492110.
