- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Trend Construction, Inc., W912BV-08-D-2049, Task Order 0012, Mutiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) As part of Operations and Maintenance, Army, Recovery Act, this modification has been issued to Trend Construction, Inc., to perform the following work: Alter the dock reconstruction effort to provide one section of structurally sound dock from the three sections of deteriorated dock. Final dock to measure 16' X 33'. Configure the existing two walkways into a single continuous walkway. Walkway and dock railing system will be American Disability Act compliant. Transition points (3 places) will be full width of walkway, steel plate, approximately 8" to 12" in length, secured in such a way to provide transition at pivot points. The government acknowledges that those transitions are not fully American Disability Act Compliant and does not require them to be.
