Description: Benson CCA200mini # 500303-01 Primary System Micro-processor System Audiometer including USA Power Adapter, Software, headphones, Response Switch (Qty. 15) Benson BAS200 # 50012301 Bio-Acoustic Simulators (Qty. 15) Notice to Contractor: Solicitation number N00259-11-T-0312 is issued as a notice to procure from only one source IAW FAR 13.106-1(b). This proposed contract action is used for Navy Medicine West requesting Audiometer System and Simulators. The Naval Medical Center San Diego intends to solicit with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The source is Audiometrics, Inc., CAGE Code: 1DX20, NAICS: 339112. Justification: As required by FAR 13.106-1(b), the Contracting Officer has determined that Audiometrics, Inc. device is the exclusive authorized dealer for Benson Medical Instruments Co. products in Southern California. Representatives of Audiometrics are fully trained and qualified in the installation, calibration, and support of these products and receive full manufacturer support. Audiometrics personnel have additionaly received specific instruction in the installation and operation of audiometers in a DOEHRS-HC military environment, and satisfactorily completed installations involving hundreds of testing stations. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will only consider firm, fixed price quotations. The attached solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-51. It is the contractor 冱 responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at www.acquisition.gov and/ or www.acq.osd.mil.
