- See the attached solicitation, #FA4890-11-T-0005, submitted for requests for quotes. The solicitation document, and incorpoarted provisions and clauses, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular, Fac 2005-52, Effective 31 May 2011. The attached solicitation lists the contract line item numbers (CLINs), items, quantities, units of measure, description, dates and places of delivery and acceptance, and FOB point. Question 1: What are the compenents for the circuit cards? Answer 1: The customer stated the data for these 2 boards was not provided to a component level; the customer stated that for this quote we provided 2 mfg p/n's that refer to a ready made board.
