- SOW, Appendix A, Table 1 Solicitation Document - To be eligible for consideration you must follow all instructions contained herein, return your quote (page 2-4, technical volumn, specs, etc.) and page 39 completed with an authorized signature. Tinker Air Force Base has a requirement for a rotary surface table grinder. The machine will be used to repair engine parts: TF33 bearing spacers, seals, and washers. See the attached Solicitaiton document, Statement of Work (SOW), Appendix A and Table 1 for complete details and instructions.
