- Description
- This is a notice of intent that the government anticipates issuing a contract for the purchase of Radio Frequency Switch, NSN: 5985-01-512-9801EW. The proposed contract action is for repair services for which the Government intends to solicit on a non-competitive basis to the qualified source only, Herley Industries, Inc., Cage 32187. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge is not available to permit repair by other sources. Data review discloses that required data or data rights are not in Government possession and cannot be economically obtained. 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This contract will be for a BEQ 17 each on Basic and will contain four Ordering Periods, Ordering Period I BEQ 6; Ordering Period II BEQ 7; Ordering Period III BEQ 6; and Ordering Period IV BEQ 7.
