- Modification 01: This is a modification to subject synopsis posted on FedBizOpps on 10 June 2011. Response date and time remains unchanged as 23 June 2011, 1500 hours CST. This modification is issued to answer questions received from an interested participant as follows and to make revisions to the Performance Work Statement (PWS): Question 1: Because this is an on-site training, will the classroom be setup with systems that already have the NetScout Packet Analyzer installed? Answer 1: No. All NetScout materials to include PCs with the Application and labs will be provided by the Contractor. Question 2: Does the classroom have power? Answer 2: Yes, the classroom has power. Question 3: How many students does the classroom seat? Answer 3: Classroom can seat 12-15 people. Question 4: Does the classroom already have computers or is this a room that simply has desks and chairs? Answer 4: Classroom only has tables and chairs. Reference PWS, Paragraph 4.4 is changed to read: Equipment: The contractor shall provide any specialized training aids needed to properly conduct demonstrations and labs unless prior coordination is made. Specifically, the contractor is responsible for providing all computer equipment with pre-installed software necessary to provide requested training for 'each' student. Closing date and time remains unchanged: 1500 hours (CST) on 23 June 2011. Quotes must be received not later than 1500 hours CST on 23 June 2011 to Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Fort Campbell, Building 2172, 13 Street, Fort Campbell, Kentucky, 42223-5355 (Attn: Ms. Banks); Quotes may be faxed to (270-798-7548), or e-mailed to shirley.banks@us.army.mil.
