- SOW This is a combined solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) under solicitation N0001511041. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC2005-38 dated December 10, 2009. This acquisition will be processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and is a small business concern. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423430, which has a size standard of 100 employees. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure the following Video Editing Maintenance and Repair Services SEE ATTACHED SOW The period of performance for this requirement will be for one year from date of award. The FOB terms are "Destination" and Net 30. The FAR provisions and clauses that apply to this acquisition are as follows: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Officers, Commercial items; FAR52.212-5, Evaluation - Commercial items; FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders - Commercial Items. Offers will be accepted via e-mail no later than 11:59pm EST 19 JUN 2011.
