- Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Drum plans to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for bulk storage tank alarm testing and calibration services on Fort Drum, NY. SUBJECT SOLICITATION WILL BE SET-ASIDE FOR 100% SMALL BUSINESS. The successful contractor will provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform all work described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue/posting date will be on or about 15 June 2011. The DUE DATE for the solicitation will be set at the time of actual issuance/posting. Award will be made on the basis of best value to the Government. Services will be procured using procedures in FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price contract. Any correspondence concerning this acquisition shall reference RFQ Number W911S2-11-T-3006. The RFQ and any subsequent amendments will only be available electronically by accessing either Federal Business Opportunities at http://fedbizopps.gov/ or the Army Single Face to Industry at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ No hard copies will be provided. All sources wishing to quote are required to monitor these sites for any/all amendments to the RFQ.
