- You will find an Excel Spreadsheet attached with one tab showing item descriptions and the other tab labeled as Quote Sheet. Please submit Quote Sheet with Signature page when submitting quote by 2pm CST 6/16/2011. Please submit signature page with quote by 2pm CST 6/16/2011. This is an RFQ to fulfill the request for one purchase order. All items will be delivered to Fort Carson, Co. Please provide your best delivery time when compeleting the RFQ. The RFQ document signature page, including all attachments, must be sumitted to Contracting Officer to be considered for award. If offering other than brand name specified on any "or Equal" item, you must submit all technical information on product offering on, so determination can be made if product(s) are acceptable "or Equals." This must be submitted with quote to be eligible for award. You must also indicate which item you are offering an "or Equal" to. Award will be made based on a best value determination. See attached RFQ for details. Item descriptions will be on a seperate attachment. Labeling must be IAW MIL-STD-129. Please contact Amanda Foley at amanda.foley@gsa.gov with any questions.
