- The work includes, but is not limited to, minor demolition; demolition of existing steel closure structure, concrete floodwalls, and steel panel storage building; tree removal; clearing and grubbing; protection of existing facilities; silt removal from bridge bay; excavation; site grading; erosion control; raising existing gatewells, including steel gate apparatuses; steel sheet piling and H-piling; compacted clay levee; continuous concrete buttress base; foundation drainage; architecturally textured and colored concrete floodwalls and caps; steel swing and roller gates across pavement and railroad; railroad flagger; compacted granular base; concrete pavement and sidewalks; hot-mix asphalt pavement; pavement striping; traffic control; topsoil; and seeding.
