- Description
- The USDA currently occupies office space under a soon to expire lease in Lebanon, OH. The USDA is considering competition for alternative office space of approximately 400 usable square feet and will relocate if a consideration of the economics and other factors involved are supportive. The cost of moving, alterations, and other factors will be considered in evaluating alternatives. The lease term required is ten (10) years, cancel able by the Government after the second (2nd) year. Occupancy is required by January 1, 2012. The delineated area is North - Monroe Street, South - E. Main Street, East - 42 Bypass, West - N. Broadway Street. This is an inquiry for available space and not to be construed as an invitation to bid.
