- Performance Work Statement Synopsis: This is a Request for Information (RFI) for Base Network Control Center services. Reference RFI-FIN3C31091AC02. This is NOT a solicitation, request for proposal, or quotation. We require industry feedback on the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and are seeking sources as part of our market research. We are specifically looking for the following information: industry standard regarding how: 1) services are normally priced and packaged; 2) what customization can be accomplished and prices for customizing; 3) the standard inspection and acceptance of services used in industry; 4) what are the internal quality control procedures used to ensure a quality service and what ‘s done when non-conforming services are not repeated; 5 )what do customer organizations normally due for quality assurance; 6) what contract types are utilized for these services; 7) what specific laws and regulation apply to these type services. We are looking for the capabilities and industry standard that is related to the work in our PWS. When providing feedback on the PWS indentify specific PWS reference with your detailed comment or suggestions. If this requirement is something your company is interested in please submit your company's statement, business size, and socio-economic status.
