- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled FLIGHT AND PAYLOAD INTEGRATIONSERVICES FOR SUBORBITAL REUSABLE LAUNCH VEHICLES NND11373737R which was posted on April26, 2011. You are notified that the following changes are made: 1. Section 1.2 last sentence of first paragraph should be deleted in its entirety andreplaced to read, 'The Contractor must provide the Payload User's Guide for the QualifiedVehicle and demonstrate a successful flight profile within the appropriate flight levelwith the Qualified Vehicle prior to proposing against a task order solicitation.'2. Section 1.2 Data Requirements Description (DRD) List should be amended to have DRD-9Payload User's Guide added to list. 3. Section 2.13(c) should be deleted in its entirety and replaced to read, Within aminimum of 7 calendar days after receipt of the Contracting Officers request, if theContractor chooses to respond to the request, the Contractor shall submit a preliminaryMID Conforming to the request.'4. Attachment B DRDs should be deleted in its entirety and replaced with Attachment BDRDs2. 5. A Question and Answer document has been added.The due date for responses is not extended.Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. Thesedocuments will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWWbrowser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/DFRC Business Opportunitieshome page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=24 Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation andany amendments.
