- End Item Application: AIRCRAFT, GALAXY C-5 This solicitation will contain one NSN 6340-00-115-0701, Control, Alarm. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Definitive Quantity Contract for a quantity of 221 each. FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Delivery:168 Days ARO. This procurement will be solicited as an Unrestricted Set-Aside, using Other than Full and Open Competition. This procurement shall be in accordance (I/A/W) Commercial, FAR PART 12. Item is sourced to ELDEC CORPORATION, Cage 08748, P/N 1-899-15. Quantity variance is zero. Configuration Control applies. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq. The solicitation issue date is on or about 29 June 2011. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (BSM DIBBS) website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. From DIBBS homepage, select Request for Proposal (RFP) under the Solicitations heading.
