- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. AV-8 Aircraft Soap 5000 Gallon Bulk delivery Corpus Christi Army Depot Contracting Office intends to award a contract for AV-8 Aircraft Soap at the Corpus Christi Army Depot, TX. Negotiations to be conducted solely with Spray Nine Corporation due to the existence of proprietary equipment. Request for Quotation (RFQ) W912NW-11-T-0108 will be issued on or about June 13, 2011. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotations. This solicitation is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests. Send all requests for the solicitation package to george.kapusta@us.army.mil.
