- Description
- This is a notice of intent that the government anticipates issuing a contract for the purchase of Frequency Converter, NSN: 5963-01-522-9116EW. The proposed contract action is for repair services for which the Government intends to solicit on a non-competitive basis to the qualified source only, Remec Defense & Space Inc., Cage 65628. Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge is not available to permit repair by other sources. 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This contract will be for a BEQ 29 each on Basic and will contain one Ordering Period, Ordering Period I BEQ 3 each. NSN 5963-01-522-9116EW Part Number: 330381-601 Frequency Converter Basic Requirement: NSN: Noun Qty 5963-01-522-9116EW Frequency Converter 29 EA (BEQ) Ordering Period I Frequency Converter 3 EA (BEQ) Ship To/Destination Info: SW3119 (Robins AFB, GA) Delivery Schedule: This contract will require delivery of repaired assets to begin 60 days ARO at a rate 10 per month thereafter. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
