Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The awarded contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. This action is solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 333319 with a size standard of 500 employees. All prospective bidders must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration. Offerors may register online at https://www.bpn.gov/CCR/scripts/index.html. The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The evaluation criteria in paragraph (a) of this provision has been tailored to read The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the government. Travel cost and any other expenses pertaining to the site visit will not be authorized or paid by the government. The proposal shall consist of - six (6) Contract Line Item Numbers: (CLIN) 0001, Quantity: 01, Unit of Issue: Lot, Description: New Wash Rack System to be located at SWAF 4 located adjacent to Bldg.21685, (CLIN) 0002, Quantity: 01, Unit of Issue: Lot, Description: Removal/disposal of Old Wash Rack System to be located at SWAF 4 located adjacent to Bldg.21685, (CLIN) 0003, Quantity: 01, Unit of Issue: Lot, Description: Installation of New Wash Rack System located at SWAF 4 located adjacent to Bldg.21685, (CLIN) 0004, Quantity: 01, Unit of Issue: Lot, Description: Technical maintenance of New Wash Rack System located at SWAF 4 located adjacent to Bldg.21685, (CLIN) 0005, Quantity: 01, Unit of Issue: Lot, Description: Training of New Wash Rack System located at SWAF 4 located adjacent to Bldg.21685, and (CLIN) 0006, Quantity: 01, Unit of Issue: Lot, Description: Administration of applicable service manual for New Wash Rack System located at SWAF 4 located adjacent to Bldg.21685 as stated on attached statement of work. The Statement of Work will be attached to this Announcement. A SITE VISIT IS SCHEDULED FOR 28 JUNE 2011 AT 0900 HOURS AT WHITE SANDS MISSILE RANGE, NEW MEXICO the point of contact is Mr. Dennis Donaldson at 575-678-5453. All quotations shall be clearly marked with RFQ referencing number # W9124Q-11NEWWASHRK, emailed to the Point of Contact (POC) below no later than 01 July 2011 at 11:00 A.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST). In addition, all technical questions concerning this requirement must be emailed to the Point of Contact (POC) below no later than 24 June 2011at 1:00 p.m. MST. Offerors that fail to furnish required representations or technical information as required by FAR Clause 52.212-1 cited below or reject the terms and conditions of this solicitation may be excluded from consideration.
