- This procurement is a total Small Business Set-Aside. However, all small business concerns are encouraged to respond. If a fair and reasonable quote in line with the Government Estimate is NOT received by a responsible and responsive: 1). Small Disadvantaged Business, 2). Woman Owned Business, 3). HUB Zone concerns, 4). Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business or 5). Small Business all quotes received from will be considered without further notice if in line with the Government Estimate. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Janitorial service of the Rawlins Field Office LOCATION: 1300 N 3rd St, Rawlins WY 82301. The Project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. There will be only one site visit for this project. Refer to solicitation for date and time. There is a performance period of 1 base year (with a completion date no later than October 31, 2012) with an option of four additional calendar years. The estimated start date will be on October 1st, 2011. The Solicitation is to be issued on or about June 13, 2011.
