- The 375th Contracting Squadron, Scott AFB IL, intends to award a sole source requirement to St. Clair County Community Action Agency, for use of MidAmerica St. Louis Airport's runway during the Scott AFB runway closure from 5 July 2011 - 4 November 2011. The reference number is 375CONS-2011-1, and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 488119, and the small business size standard is $7.0 million. The sole source purchase will be awarded under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability no later that 16 June 2011, 3:00 P.M. CST. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement after receiving any responses is exclusively at the discretion of the Government.
