The U.S. Coast Guard has a requirement to Resurface the Indoor Basketball Court, Building 16 - the Gym - Coast Guard Island, Alameda, CA. 2. If you are interested in submitting a quote, please review the enclosed documents. All submittals must be completed and forwarded to this office for consideration of your offer. This solicitation is considered Services and Small Business Concerns will be considered first. a) Please note that the Proposal Due Date is 13 June 2011 by 3 PM Pacific Standard Time. You may submit your quote via fax (510) 437-2793 Attn: April Smith or via email at april.e.smith @uscg.mil. b) If you have any questions, pertaining to the Statement of Work, they should be submitted in writing to via e-mail to april.e.smith@uscg.mil.
