- Description
- This is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside for Project 678-320, SPD Expansion and Dental Relocation. Contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor, materials, tools, and equipment to construct an approximately 8,200 square foot addition to the first floor of Building 57 to expand the existing Dental Suite and provide expansion space for SPD operations. Construction shall also include remodeling of several existing spaces, as indicated on the Drawings. Work shall include general construction, structural, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and sitework. The project will be constructed in phases. Construction shall be completed within 700 calendar days. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS Code) is 236220. Project Magnitude is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. The proposed period of performance for this acquisition is 700 calendar days after the notice to proceed issuance. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about July 1st, 2011 via Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. It is the responsibility of all interested parties to review the FBO website frequently for updates and/or amendments to any and all documents for this solicitation. Any prospective SDVOSB contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov/, and the Vetbiz Registry at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/general_user/search/, in order to be eligible for award. The closing date and time for submission of proposals will be contained in the solicitation. No paper copies will be issued. No telephone, facsimile, or written request will be accepted.
