- 1. INTRODUCTION 1.1. Except for those items furnished at the discretion of the Government, the Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supplies necessary to fulfill the terms and conditions stated in this contract. The Contractor is responsible for all costs related to performing this contract and its successful completion. 1.2. This contract is for the electrical upgrade at the Continuity of Operations Site (COOP) for the Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District. The Corps needs to upgrade the electrical distribution for a room in existing building 2 at the Air National Guard site located at 3900 Roseville Road, North Highlands, CA so it can be used as a COOP facility in times of emergency. 1.3. All work, materials and equipment will be subject to the control and approval of the Air National Guard and the Technical POC's. 1.4. It is required that the Contractor, and all Contractor's employees, will be at least 21 years of age. 1.5. The Contractor will cooperate fully with all Air National Guard and Corps of Engineers employees, those persons who have contracts with the Corps of Engineers, local law enforcement and State agencies. The Contractor is not authorized to direct the work of other contractors. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED FILES FOR COMPLETE DETAILS.
