- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1U3C71084A001 is hereby issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-49, 24 January 2011. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: CLIN 0001: Hydrant System Tuning Quantity: 12 months The tuning of the hydrant fuel system should be completed in four stages and generate a final report. SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK for all details concerning the hydarnt system tuning. Period of Performance covering 25 July 2011 - 10 Aug 2011. CLIN 0002: Repair Tanker Row Pump #5 Motor Control Center Contractor shall repair the Tanker Row Pump #5 Motor Control Center by replacement. Require softstart capability. Manufacturer: Allen Bradley, Model # 150-F135NBD-SMC-Flex, Solid State Controller, Open, 135 A, 100 HP@460V AC, Input Voltage-480V, Control Voltage-100....240V AC. An "or equal" item is acceptable. SEE STATEMENT OF WORK. CLIN 0003: Minor repair and maintenance Contractor shall perform minor repair and maintenance of the Type III Hydrant Systems. Contractor shall recommend this work by submitting letters of recommended repair (LRR) to the Contracting Officer. The LRRs shall include a list of materials required, cost of materials required, labor hours, labor rates, etc. SEE STATEMENT OF WORK Minor repair and maintenance shall cover the Period of Performance of 25 July 2011-10 Aug 2011. Quotes must include shipping to Eielson AFB, AK. (End description).
