- Description
- The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) awarded a Firm-Fixed Priced, Time and Material contract to El Dorado Mobile Home in support of FEMA's Individual Assistance Program for the Hauling and Installing of Mobile Homes. This requirement was competed among small businesses residing or primarily doing business in the State of Arkansas in accordance with the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act. A hybrid contract (FFP and T&M) was utilized because it is not possible to accurately estimate the distance or how many units will be needed to anticipate costs with any reasonable degree of confidence IAW FAR 16.601(c), as the place of performance for this requirement is in various counties within the State of Arkansas.
