- Corrected Amendment 1 to Solicitation QSDM-B8-100436-N Solicitation QSDM-B8-100436-N is issued on 5/5/2011. This will result in a two year SOP indefinite delivery, requirements (term) contract. The contract will be Fixed Price with three one-year options and an Economic Price Adjustment clause. This procurement will consist of seventeen (17) National Stock Numbers in 8030/8040 Federal Supply Class (Miscellaneous Compounds and Adhesives). All of the item purchase descriptions are in accordance with Brand Name Part Numbers. The contract period will be 07/01/2011 or date of award whichever is later, through 06/30/2013 with 3 one-year options. See Item Purchase Descriptions/Schedule of Items for individual NSN requirements. Shipment will be 60 days after receipt of order and FOB Origin. Offers will be evaluated based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation process. Specific details regarding the LPTA method of award are shown in the solicitation (see regulation 52.212-2 for details). Vendor response documents, SF 1449, any amendments, additional fill in clause attachments, Self-Certification Documents and any other required information are due by close of business on 06/03/ 2011 to the address specified in the solicitation. Please ensure that the past performance questionnaires are completed by your three references and sent via email (kathy.vannatta@gsa.gov) or fax (816-823-3109) to Contract Specialist Kathy VanNatta by the closing date of 06/03/2011 questionnaire. Please refer to the solicitation for all applicable clauses and provisions. Note: FAR 52.225-1 Buy American Act-Supplies applies to items 1, 2, 9, 10 and 13, FAR 52.225-3 Buy American Act-Free Trade Agreements- Israeli Trade Act applies to items 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 11 and 14, and FAR 52.225-5 Trade Agreements Act applies to items 6, 12, 15, 16 and 17.
