- The North Atlantic Regional Contracting Office, Fort Eustis, Virginia is currently seeking sources for a service requirement for Clinical Reference Laboratory Testing for McDonald Army Health Center (MCAHC), an Army Medical Treatment Facility located in Fort Eustis, Virginia. This is a Sources Sought Notice only. Solicitations are not available at this time. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 621511 (Size Standard: $13.5 million). It is anticipated that the period of performance will be for one base period and four (one year) options. The contractor shall provide all the clinical reference laboratory testing for various laboratory testing. Courier service will be required to include contractor pickup of specimens from McDonald Army Health Center, Fort Eustis, Virginia and Fort Story, Virginia and transported to its laboratory. Market research is being conducted to determine potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this notice is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Responses to this notice should include the following: Name and address of company; Point of contact with email address: Business Status (large or small); identifying whether or not the firm falls into any of the socioeconomic categories, small business, 8(a) concern, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUB Zone small business, small disadvantaged business, women-owned small business, or historically black college or university and minority institution (as defined by the clause at DFARS 252.226-7000).
