- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Library Manager AP SW P/N 206071E, Qty 2 2) Advanced Interconnect Op SW, P/N 206143E, Qty 1 3) Expedition PCB Pinnacle Ap SW, P/N 222402E, Qty 2) 4) Expedition PCB Pinnacle Ap SW, P/N 223019E, Qty 2 5) DxD for the Enterprise Bnd SW, Qty 7 This requirement is sole sourced to “ Mentor Graphics Corporation, 8005 SW Boeckman Road, Wilsonville, Oregon 97070-9733 as the only vendor that can manufacture this software because they own the design/technical proprietary information to manufacture these items.. Any firms believing that they can provide this software, per the part number, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 10 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm ™s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the maintenance software without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
