- VA VISN 22 Network 22 Logistics Office, Long Beach, CA intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for Uniform and Linen Laundry and Rental Services. The solicitation will be in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Item, FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. SERVICES REQUIRED: UNIFORM AND LINEN RENTAL SERVICES FOR VA SOUTHERN NEVADA HEALTHCARE SYSTEM. There are 11 pick up and delivery locations covered by this requirement. All workmanship shall be in accordance with practices established by the National Association of Institutional Linen Management (NAILM), International Fabricare Institute (IFI), Textile Rental Services Association (TRSA) and accepted industry standards. Subcontracting not allowed, vendor facility would be inspected prior to award of contract. The Request for Quotation is VA-262-09-RQ-0501.
