Description: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command- Presidio of Monterey(MICC-POM) has a new requirement for Asphalt Paving Repair in the areas and streets surrounding Building 4385 at the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC-W) - DoD Center, Monterey Bay at 400 Gigling Road; Seaside, California. A Site Visit is scheduled for 14 June 2011 at 9:00 AM (Pacific Time). Site Visit Location is: Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC-W) - DoD Center, Monterey Bay at 400 Gigling Road; Seaside, California. The primary Visit POC is Ms. Ninfa Camargo, 831-583-4039 Proposals are due 1 July 2011 at 3:00 PM (Pacific Time) This acquisition is a 100 percent set aside for Service Disabled Veterans Owned Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237310 with a size standard of $33.5 Million. Performance period is 60 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Estimated magnitude for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Payment and performance bonds or other forms of payment protection are required for this project and must be submitted within fifteen days after contract award. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract.
