- The Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic, Charleston, SC, intends to issuea Sole Source award to BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems underthe authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(C) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Therequirement is to provide services to upgrade 8 handheld radios. This actionwill be conduted IAW FAR 12 and FAR 13. The NAICS Code for this requirementis 334220. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only and isnot a request for competitive offers. Any inquiries concerning this requirementare to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination bythe Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses tothis notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
