- This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed quantity contract. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Required quantity is 706. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as a source controlled unrestricted buy. Approved sources of supply are LUMINESCENT SYSTESM, INC Cage 32890 Part number 7847-1 and SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORPORATION Cage 78286; Part Number 70553-04000-042. Drawing package cited is subject to export control regulations and distribution is limited to source controlled contractors qualified through JCP certification. Delivery requirement is phased delivery of 50 per week commencing 130 days ARO. FOB DESTINATION with Inspection/Acceptance at DESTINATION. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov, FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
