- 1. This is amendment number 7 to Special Notice previously published under WSOTS Draft Solicitation W91260-11-R-0003. The purpose of this announcement is to provide notice that additional Q&As have been posted to the Army Knowledge Online (AKO)bidder's library (WSOTS Distribution A\FEDBIZOPPS Data\Q&As). Additionally, draft Sections L and M of the Solicitation have been posted to the AKO bidder's library (WSOTS Distribution A\FEDBIZOPPS Data\06Jun2011DraftL&M). 2. Questions on draft documents must be received by 2 pm Mountain Time, 8 June 2011. After this timeframe, no additional questions on the draft documents shall be entertained. Questions should be emailed to Ms. Theresa Coffenberry and Ms. Jennifer Baker at: theresa.coffenberry@us.army.mil and jen.d.baker@us.army.mil. 3. Vendors are reminded that when the final solicitation is issued, it is the vendor's responsibility to ensure understanding of the terms and conditions as identified in final solicitation.
