Sources: CAGE 5H860, Thomas Instruments and CAGE 81205, Boeing Required Delivery: On or Before 1 August 2012 Other: Qualification Requirements apply to this procurement (IAW withclause 52.209-1). First Article will be required unless source meets theconditions for waiver as follows: a) Offers who have previouslyfurnished production quantities of the same article to the primecontractor for delivery to the Air Force. b) Offers current inproduction of the same article for an Air Force contract and who havereceived First Article approval under the existing contract. c) Offerswho have previously furnished production quantities of the same articleto the Air Force, provided articles thus furnished have exhibitedsatisfactory performance in service in the opinion of the Air Force. d)Provided not more than 36 months have elapsed since completion of thecontract.
