- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the following item: DATA Probe Qty 4, plus Installation and Training. This requirement is sole sourced to Avionics Test & Analysis Corporation (ATAC), Niceville, FL, 33578-975, due to the compatibility with existing software already in use. Any firms believing that they can provide the (ATAC) upgrade to existing software DATA Probe Classic (Latest Version Qty 4), plus installation and training, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the existing software already in use and without causing programmatic hardship.
