- Description(s): The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency Chautauqua County Office in Jamestown, NY, is interested in leasing approximately 4,370 rentable square feet of space. The rentable space shall yield 4,161 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class, high quality contiguous office space with 44on-site paved parking spaces for a ten year term. DELINEATED AREA: To be considered, office location must be located within the following area: Bordered on the east by US Route 9, south by Irish Settlement Road, west by State Rt 190 and on the north by Butler Road. A detailed map of the delineated area boundaries is available by contacting the primary contact. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: - Preference will be given to first floor space - Space must be contiguous OCCUPANCY: Occupancy is required by 12/31/2011. Expression of interest must be received by the contact no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. on June 30, 2011 and should include the following information: - Building name, address and location of the available space - Rentable square feet available and expected full service rental rate - ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet - Contact information for owners or authorizing agent
