- Description
- Multiple Award Paving Contract (MAPC) Program to deliver a wide range of both fully designed as well as design-build paving projects. Work will consist of furnishing all parts, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services, and supervision necessary to inspect, test, repair, construct, demolish, excavate, grade and alter various pavements, concrete work, and drainage systems; plus all airfield areas to include runways, taxiways, and aircraft parking aprons, on Scott AFB, Illinois. The Government anticipates awarding up to four (4) contracts. Follow-on individual task orders will be competed among selected IDIQ contractors. Task orders may range from $2,000 up to $3,000,000. Maximum program value (combined value of all task orders from all awarded contracts) is not to exceed $15,000,000 over a five-year period. Each contract awarded will contain one (1) base year period and four (4) one-year option periods. The program solicitation will include a seed project, Project No. VDYD 10-1167, Repave & Curb POW/MIA Drive, Scott AFB, IL. The seed project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation and seed project documents will be released and available for download on or about 22 Jun 11. A pre-solicitation conference and seed project site visit is tentatively scheduled for 10:00 am CST, 13 July 11, Scott AFB, Illinois.
